These terms explain the rules for using Stagely. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

Using Stagely

Stagely helps groups coordinate music festival plans. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other people or the service.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.

Your plans and selections

You keep ownership of the information you add. You allow Stagely to store, process, and display it as needed to provide shared planning features to you and your group members.

Service availability

Festival schedules and plans may change. Stagely is provided as available and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party festival information.

Account restrictions

Access may be limited or removed when an account is used unlawfully, harms the service or other users, or repeatedly violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service when practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
